It has a parking lot right in front, which is completely free. The apartment is located in a semi-detached house of 3 floors, very quiet, located in the center of Casale Monferrato. The apartment is located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access to all. There is a dehor where you can relax. You are welcomed in a very special "open-space" environment, furnished and decorated in Zen style that will help you to enter the zen atmosphere and relax in your oasis of peace. Here are various objects, such as a fountain from which you can hear the sound of water, and a space projector, which will allow you to project the aurora borealis and much more. There are also many accessories such as coffee machine, snacks and all the amenities of a kitchenette. There is also a table with two chairs where you can eat and work with your laptop. Fireplace There is a beautiful stone fireplace "Tufo". The Tufo is the typical stone of Monferrato, which is extracted from nearby caves. There is also a fridge to store your favourite drinks and food. REFRESHMENT CORNER: There is a refreshment corner with microwave, coffee machines and more. After the refreshment corner, there is a large bathroom that you can use to change. BATHROOM: There is a long bathroom complete with all the amenities and accessories to refresh you and make your stay comfortable.
